Yuffie
HP:450 EXP:600
There is no complex strategy to fighting Yuffie. Simply deflect her ninja stars back at her using the guard technique. You have to attack her before she heals though, so stay close to her. Attack with combos until she is blown back. Eventually Yuffie will charge up her ninja star like Squall. This one you can't deflect back, but only can guard agaisnt it and hope is doesn't hit you. Just watch your back when this ones in the air. Attack Yuffie when you see an opening or when she is stunned, and you'll win match with ease.
Behemoth
HP:1500 EXP:600
Despite of Behemoth's enormous size, he is fairly easy to take down. When the match first starts it will take a giant leap across the ring, so stay out of its way until it lands. When Behemoth is stationary, hop on to his leg, then back, using the high jump ability. Run up to his horn and deliver your most powerful combos. It may take a while to subdue this beast due to his massive amounts on HP, but he doesn't usually make many offensive moves. After a few whacks, Behemoth will bow down, so take this oppurtunity to deliver more blows. When he awakes, his horn will glow and powerful lightning surges will come from the sky. There is no way to avoid this so just take the hit and heal. Continue this process until you over come the beast.
Cerberus
HP:1200 EXP:1000
When facing Cerberus in the Hades Cup, use the same strategy you used when you first faced him. Use your targeting and lock on his right or left head. The dog will project a darkness matter from his mouth and it will come up from the ground. This is his main form of attack, so it is important to continously dodge roll. During this he will also throw massive fireballs at you, which you can deflect with the guard ability. If your having trouble avoiding these attacks, hop on the bleachers and superglide onto Cerberus' back. This is the safest spot in the match, but it is diffucult to attack from there. Where Cerberus ceases to attack, deliver a few air combos to an outer head. He will go through a series of constant biting. After he bites, dodge roll back, and the attack again, and dodge roll back, so on so on. Repeat these tactics to finally behead the three headed dog.
Cloud & Leon
Cloud HP:600 EXP:1000 Leon HP:750 EXP:800
This is a diffucult one. At the begining, target Cloud, because he has less HP. Use the same strategy as facing him alone. Just remember always watch your back, because it can be devastating if Leon blindsides you. Cloud will attack with a single sonic then leap into the air. Dodge out of the way. Attack with combos relentlessly. Try not to give him an oppurtunity to attack. If you get low on HP, run from the two and heal yourself. Aeroga can also help. When Cloud starts flying, start running. When he lands try to finish him off. With Cloud out of the picture, concentrate on Squall. It is best to just attack him with combos while taking the appropriate measures to avoid his attacks. When he uses his fire attack, you can deflect it and stun him uses the guard ability. Once his HP is low enough, he will charge his sword. Try to dodge roll under his sword, high jump over him, and attack from behind. For winning this match you will recieve the Lionheart.
Hades
HP:1800 EXP:3000
Starting, Hades will attack with flames coming from his hands. These dont cease, so high jump over them and slash him on the upper portion of his body. Be sure to always battle Hades in a sepecified side of the ring, try not to battle in the middle. After delivering a few combos, Hades will move towards the center and do a devastating attack, spinning around in circles with flames projecting from his hands. When he does this immediately superglide to the opposite side of the ring you are on, and stay on the edge of the ring. When he stops superlide back and attack with combos. He will now shoot a fireball at you, so deflect it and stun him with your guard ability. In his second form, he will attack by clawing you. You can guard agaisnt this but it is best to just dodge roll away while trying to work in some attacks. He continues with all of those attacks repeatively, so just use the strategy until you defeat the king of the underworld!
Rock Titan
HP:2100 EXP:4000
For being the #1 rank, the Rock Titan isn't all that hard. His sluggish movements make any attack performed by him very avoidable. He will once and a while bend over and punch the ground with his fists, but someone with any kind of reactions at all can spot this, and jump out of the way. Also avoid the shockwave it gives, by using high jump. Continuously slash at his feet with combos until he falls down. Then high jump onto his body and run up toward the two heads. Slash one (either one will do) until he stands back up again. If your good you can stay on his head the entire match. The only hard part about this match is being patient enough to take off all that HP. Of course, if you do get hurt take the appropriate healing measures. Continue this process until the titan falls once and for all.
